At Mobility Connections, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is manufactured defective, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 90 days of purchase. If after 90 days there is a 25% restocking fee and shipping from customer end to be paid. We also offer warranty parts to help replace or fix any issues you may encounter with defective products. At Mobility Connections, we stand behind the quality of our products with a comprehensive 3-year warranty from the date of the manufactured serial number. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring your mobility equipment operates smoothly. Please note that while parts are covered, labor and maintenance are the owner's responsibility. For your convenience, we do provide maintenance services through our plans. For more information please seek this and all in your owner's manual. We're here to support you every step of the way!
*AL-001 is a non-serialized auto lift that is not included in the 3-year warranty provided by the manufacturer.
